Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in date and refunded if applicable. Late cancellations are required for the full amount of the stay.
CHECK-IN HOURS
Check-in time is from 14:00 to 18:00. If you are not informed about late check-in after 18:00, the hotel reserves the right not to book a reservation.
CHECK-OUT THEATER
Check-out time is 12:00. For late deliveries, please do not leave the check-out time since the next guest is in a very difficult situation.
EARLY OUTPUTS
Since we are a very small hotel, we hope you will understand the demand for a 1 night fee.
SWIMMING POOL USAGE
In terms of Ministry of Health rules and pool hygiene, babies who use diapers (even if they are leakproof) and children who do not have toilet habits cannot use the pool.
PET POLICY
Although we love our little friends very much, unfortunately we cannot accept pets. Street cats and dogs can be found in the garden of our hotel from time to time.
FIRE RISK
We kindly ask you not to put more than 3-4 medium woods in the fireplaces at a time against the risk of fire. Unfortunately, we cannot respond positively to requests to light a fireplace while you are not in your room.

RISK OF SEIGHTSEEING AND SEA VEHICLE USE
Responsibility for any risks that may arise during the use of sea vehicles and all kinds of sightseeing tours organized by Wineport Lodge Ağva belongs to the guest.
