Our food philosophy is to offer our guests natural, local and quality food.

Homemade jams Ms. İlknur seasonably makes are always included in our breakfast. Assorted cheeses and butter is supplied from Kandıra, while honey is supplied from the Ağva and Şile region.

In order that our guests shall taste the local flavors, assorted pies, salads and soups made of "su mancarı" (a local herb) and pigweed are offered on our menu.

Fresh fish coming to the Ağva Harbor (Red mullet, bonito, bluefish, anchovy, small bluefish, medium sized bluefish, goatfish) are seasonably served to our guests as warm starters.

Nearly all the bay leaves are supplied to Istanbul from Ağva. Making use of this opportunity, we also utilize bay leaves in our kitchen.
